Exploration of new superconductors by using intercalation method

内容摘要: To explore new superconductors is one of the most important and frontier issues of the research. Furthermore, numerous novel superconductors have been found through changing the crystalline or electronic structures of layered materials by intercalation method. In this talk, I will report the research progress on several compounds which are all synthesized by intercalation method. I will focus on discussing the double superconducting gaps observed in the Li1-xFexOHFeSe system (Tc=38K) and the multi-band effect observed in the FeS system (Tc=4.5K), with mentioning in a nutshell the superconductivity observed in LiOHFeS (Tc=2.8K). At last, the presentation will also introduce briefly the characterization of three bran-new compounds (CsV2Se2O, CsV2Se1.5O, V2Se2O).
